For 1 volume of visavi mix veg sagoo add 4 1/2 volume of water (one packet requires approximately 850ml of water)2. Set aside for 5 mins.3. Boil for 8 min in heavy bottom vessel/Pressure cook for 1 whistle and simmer for 3 minutes or microwave for 12 mins on medium heat.4. Mix well and relish it hot,goes well with poori,dosa,rava idli,rice chapathi etc5. From one packet 1000ml (approx) of visav mix veg sagoo can be prepared.
