| Installation Details | Installation of Air-conditioner is charged extra to customer at the time of installation and needs to be paid directly to the service engineer (Please check the offer details to find out whether free installation offer or any other special offer price is available at the time of purchase or not). After the product is delivered through our delivery partners, we'll facilitate the installation of AC through authorized service engineer at your convenience. Installation TAT will be 2 to 5 business days depending on the location. A Stabilizer if bought along with the product will be installed along with the AC. Standard installation charges for Split AC is Approx Rs 1500 – 2000 (Applicable Charges Extra).However, in the case of free installation offer, only the standard installation charges will be waived off. | Covered in Warranty | Videocon undertakes that the product is warranted against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase for a period of 1 year on all parts except front grill & plastic parts. 4 Year additional Warranty on the compressor. The 4 years warranty on the compressor will continue even after the expiry of 1 year period from the date of purchase. This warranty covers only the compressor. Gas chraging is only included when compressor defective & inoperative. During the warranty period only the parts replaced or repaired shall be free of costs, but service charges shall always be payable by the customer. |

The additional warranty period does not cover any part such as condenser oil, evaporator coil, capillary, suction line, electronic parts, etc. The product is not operated according to instructions given in the operating instructions booklet.
