1.Put the Upside down and place in freezer. For best performance recommend -15 C (5 F), freeze for 24 hours before first use. 2.Pour 1/2 cup of mixture (chill before use) onto surface of the Ice Plate, covering the surface uniformly. 3.Wait approximately 30 seconds, then begin to mix and blend with the included tools. 4.Fold, mix and blend the mixture over the surface of the Ice Plate until it begins to thicken. 5.Feel free to add any your favorite cookies, candies or fruit. 6.When mixture is frozen to you desired thickness, the first serving of ice cream is done. 7.Makes three or four 1/2 cup servings of ice cream in approximately 20 minutes at one time.
