Description
Vedikos desi ghee is made by Ayurvedic method from simmering butter, which is made by churning curd. Vediko uses A2 milk from Indian cows (Gir, Sahiwal, Red Sindi, etc.) to make curd, then uses butter obtained by churning this curd to make this high quality Ghee. This process is popularly known as Biona process.
