Mathri is a Rajasthani Indian snack. Just like Chakli (murukku) in south these are famous snack in north-west India. It is a kind of flaky biscuit. It is made from flour, water, and cumin seeds etc. These are crisp but not hard. Always fresh and small batches. Made in Canola Oil. Best gift for loved ones, studying away from home or working.
