Description
Aptly, named Vasa, meaning Imagination, this black tea is so vitalising that your creative juices soar like the Himalayan winds. This black tea, energised by the warm winter sun and cool air is made from the first flush of the bushes after a period of dormancy. The dazzling bright liquor, much like a dry white wine has a unique briskness, a little astringent, pointed and sharp, a distinct flavour witnessed only in the initial harvests. A slightly higher firing temperature gives a roasted taste of hickory and wild honey. The vitalising aroma of the first flush tea conjures up images of the real or the unreal, but in all cases, beautiful. Our teas taste best in their natural form, without any milk or sugar. A little milk and sugar or honey and lime can be added to complement your taste preferences. Best enjoyed at: Early morning and evening. The sensory experience: The dazzling bright liquor with a distinct flavor, a little astringent, pointed and sharp, topped with a roasted taste of hickory and wild honey.
