Description
The name for our exquisite Long Ding Green is grounded in the Zen word for Earth, Tsuchi. The stability, physicality and gravity of this beautiful green are so profound, that the name literally gave itself to the tea. The brew when consumed, imbues the mind with a sense of confidence that is rooted in the awareness of our own physicality and sureness of action. The Olive green spindles processed minimally from the freshest of tealeaves from the pristine gardens of Nilgiris, impart a pale greenish yellow cup of tea when brewed. This prized tea, not surprisingly has a pleasing earthy flavour, uncompromising in its depth and aroma. Our teas taste best in their natural form, without any milk or sugar. A little milk and sugar or honey and lime can be added to complement your taste preferences. Best enjoyed at: In the afternoon. The sensory experience: The liquor, when brewed is pale greenish yellow. And has a pleasing earthy flavour, uncompromising in its depth and aroma.
