Suji also known as semolina, is the coarse, purified wheat middlings of durum wheat. The word semolina can also refer to sweet dessert made from semolina and milk.The term semolina is also used to designate coarse middling s from other varieties of wheat, and from other grains, such as rice and maize. Wheat Suji is made by separating the en do-sperm from the wheat, and then grinding it into powdered form to obtain the Suji.
