All you have to do is to flatten the dough ball, putt dry atta, place the dough ball (about 2 inches in diameter) gently inside, close the roti maker upper plate, and press down the lever. You can now, simply do the procedure as explained in our Demo (CD enclosed) and the Booklet provided.
