Everyone loves watermelon. But off course seeds inside are not worth spitting. The other shell of seeds inside is removed to get the inside pulp which is known as watermelon kernel. These kernels do not have any distinct aroma and have a nutty and sweet taste. Major culinary uses of watermelon kernels for a dressing of bread cake, mixing them as an ingredient of confectionery, mouth freshener etc. These kernels are also used for making gravies in Indian curries. Even though the outer shell of watermelon seeds is also used as a cattle feed.
