The RMC-M110 can be both pressure cooker and multicooker. Simply open or close the steam valve and select one of the 55 automatic programs. The main highlight, setting the appliance apart from other pressure cookers available on the market, is the FRY/DEEP FRY mode which enables it to fry and deep fry evenly with an open lid. It also has a POPCORN and GAME mode (for tough or large cuts of poultry and meat). For those of you who want to be able to adjust the time and temperature to meet your needs, the appliance is equipped with the MULTICHIEF mode. For added safety, the device features a multilevel safety protection system against possible overheat or too much pressure.Using the RMC-M110 as a pressure cooker will help you to cook vegetables, meat, fish, soup, and other meals while preserving mineral and vitamin content of the food. The locked position of the steam valve maintains high pressure throughout the whole process. The water starts boiling and producing steam at a temperature higher than 100C which considerably shortens the time and helps to preserve minerals and vitamins in the food.
