Traditionally idly is prepared with idly rice and urad dal, but to add some healthy factor in our routine diet we have used Quinoa instead of rice. and Quinoa Kara/Kichdi Pongal – A traditional Indian breakfast item, Pongal/kichadi prepared with quinoa.
