You will need 150 g melted butter + 2 eggs + 1 pack Brownie mix. In Microwave: Preheat Oven to 180C. Use 8″”square microwaveable pan. 1. Whisk melted butter and eggs together in a bowl. Add brownie mix and stir till just combined and no tumps remain. 2. Pour and spread evenly into pan. 3. Microwave on high for 3 mins. Cool for 15 minutes before cutting. In Oven: Preheat Oven to 180C. Grease & Line 8″” square pan with butter paper. 1. Whisk melted butter and eggs together in a bowl. Add brownie mix and stir till just combined and no lumps remain. 2. Pour and spread evenly into prepared pan. 3. Bake for 20-25 mins or until a toothpick inserted comes clean. Cool for 15 minutes before cutting.
