Panai Brand (udangudi kalkandu ) Panai kalkandu is a kind of rock sugar made from panai pathaneer (a sweet drink) which is extracted from the flower of Palmyra tree (panai maram).Its an ayruvedic traditional medicine used for cough and throat infection , asthma increases hemoglobin and reduce the body heat it is good for both kids and adults. To relief cough and throat infection please take palm candy one table spoon and 2 badam with few amount off black pepper grind well to mix with boiled milk.
