Does not contain maida or any other kind of refined flour. Organic Farmers Co. pasta is crafted by our Italian partner, Gustora. To get the perfect texture, the dough is slowly & gently extruded through bronze dies. The shapes are then dried on looms & wooden tray for 18 hours. Our partners closely monitor the entire production process to ensure the authenticity of the recipe is preserved.
