Blend Nectar Valley EGGLESS VANILLA SPONGE CAKE premix 500gm with 237ml water for 10 seconds at slow speed for 5 minutes at high speed. Add butter 26gm to this mix and blend for 1 minute at slow speed. Pre-heat the oven. Pour into a greased baking tray and bake at 170C for 20 minutes in the oven. (Temperature & timing you can adjust as per your microwave oven.)
