Description
A concentrated source of nearly three dozen vitamins and minerals,barley grassis particularly rich in vitamins A, C, B1, B2, folic acid, and B12; calcium; iron; potassium; and chlorophyll. Put 1 or 2 heaped teaspoonfuls in an empty glass, add a little bit of water, stir well to make a paste. Add the rest of the water, stir well and enjoy.
