A2 Milk (Only Indian Cow Milk) Ghee.This Ghee is Prepared by Traditional Bilona Process (Paramparik tarike se bilo kar banaya hua chach vala Shuddh Danedar Desi Ghee) What is Bilona/Churning Process ? Day 1 : We first Boil the Milk, after milk comes to normal temperature we add CURD in it to convert whole milk into CURD(Dahi). Day 2 : When Curd is prepared we keep it in deep freezer for 1 day. Day 3 : We perform churning process on curd to separate Makkhan(Raw Butter) and Buttermlk. We keep separated raw butter at normal temperature for 1 day. Day 4 : Separated raw butter will now be boiled until it converts into clear ghee, and all buttermilk particles are cooked. Now Ghee will be filtered using a cotton cloth. Due to this 4 day process this ghee contains a natural fragrance and great taste. What is meaning of Danedar Ghee ? When Ghee changes it states from LIQUID to SEMI LIQUID Ghee particles takes granular formation. Because of this granular formation it is called as Danedar Ghee.
