Description
COOKING METHOD- 1 Rinse cup of tuar dal & cup of Masoor or Moong Dal well. Wash 2 Bringals chopped, 1 medium size Carrot diced, 1 medium size Potato diced, 100g Red pumpkin diced,2 Drumstick chopped and put then in a pressure cooker with turmeric powder and 3 Tomato chopped. Add 5 cups of water cook the lentils for 5-6 whistles and set aside. 2 Heat the oil in large work adds Mustard seed, curry Leaves and 1 big size Onion slice and saute until soft. Add cooked dals with cooked Vegetable. Add 4 tbsp of Minutes Chef Sambhar Paste and simmer for 10 mins 3 Add salt if required. 4 Serve it with Idli, Dosa, Medhu Vada or Steam rice.
