INGREDIENTS TO USE-400g diced paneer, red onion finely sliced, De seeded Green chilli 2 to 3, Oil 1 Heat the oil in a pan and add the red onions or shallots, 2 After 2 minutes add the paneer and allow to seal for a few minutes. 3 Add water 100ml (Optional) and tomato tomatoes and the Minutes Chef Tikka Masala Cooking Sauce. Cover and leave to cook through for 15 minutes. 4 Stir occasionally to prevent the curry from sticking to the bottom of the pan. 5 Add cream and butter mix well and simmer for 2 min. 6 Sprinkle over the coriander and serve simply with fresh hot basmati rice or tandoori roti or naan.
