INGREDIENT TO USE:- 80gm Minutes Chef Kabab Marinade, 500gm mix vegetable minced, 1 Finely chopped finely chopped, 25gm Butter 1 Mix minced vegetable with Minutes Chef kabab marinade with chopped onion, green chilli and chopped coriander leave for 1 hour in a refrigerator 2 Add butter and mix thoroughly to make small balls. Thread each ball though a skewer/rod. 3 Roast the kabab on low heat of coal fire until becomes light brown. 4 Garnish with chopped coriander. serve with naan bread and Minutes Chef Green Chutney.
