INGREDIENT TO USE- Mix vegetable 600g (Potato, Cauliflower, Green Peas), Oil 1 In a sauce pan heat the oil saute cut vegetables till it is light brown. 2 Add water 100ml (Optional) and the Minutes Chef Dahiwala masala to sauted vegetables. Cover and leave to cook through for 15 mintues. 3 Stir occasionally to prevent the curry from sticking to the bottom of the pan. 4 Taste and adjust the seasoning with salt and lemon juice. 5 Sprinkle over the coriander and serve simply with fresh hot basmati rice or tandoori roti or naan.
