Warranty Instructions: Domestic: "LAKSHMI ENGINEERING PRODUCTS" (hereinafter referred to as "the company") gives warranty for 1 year to this product against manufacturing defects only (if any). The company's decision in determining the cause of failure will be final. The company will not be liable for any loss or damage caused due to negligence in handling or misuse of the product by the user/customer. During this warranty period, the company's liability is restricted to only repair of product or replacement (whichever is decided by the company) and does not include any monetary payment unless specifically expressed by the company under unavoidable circumstances. During the warranty period, the company holds the right to either repair or replace parts at free of cost, if the product is returned personally or in a prepaid transportation to the location said by the company at the time of lodging a complaint.
