1.Take instaGOURMET Ragi Idle Mix in a pot. Add 225g soured curd to it .Add Salt as per the taste . 2.Whisk it well to avoid lumps. 3.Let is rest (Soak) for 1 hour. 4.Add a pinch of baking soda if you want. 5.Steam it in a idle cooker for 15 to 20 min. 6.Serve hot with coconut/mint chutney or Sambar.
