The defective product will be repaired with in warranty provided it is properly packed and delivered to our nearest authorized dealer /service centre along with the card duly filled and stemmed by the selling dealer and the original purchase bill.
Warranty Summary
Indo products has a warranty against manufacturing defect for a period of one year from the date of purchase. The purchase bill is the proof of purchase of product and the warranty period commence from the date of purchase. The defective product will be repaired with in warranty provided it is properly packed and delivered to our nearest authorized dealer /service centre along with the card duly filled and stemmed by the selling dealer and the original purchase bill. Damage broken and worn out part are chargeable as per company list price.
Covered In Warranty
The warranty is valid if : The product has a manufacturing defect. The product is from indo authorized dealer/retailer only. The serial no. of the product is not missing and has not been tampered with.
Not Covered In Warranty
The warranty shall not apply : If the defect is due to negligence mishandling or any accident. If the product is installed and used is abnormal environment.
