Damage Resulting from Breaking of LED Screen or Plastic Parts. Installation or Repair Work is Carried Out by Persons or Agency Other than Authorized by the Company. Site (Premises Where the Product is Kept) Conditions that do not Confirm to the Recommended Operating Conditions of the Machine. Original Serial Number is Removed, Obliterated or Altered from the Machine or Cabinet. LCD or LED Panels may have Few Bad or Dead Pixels. This is Not a Sign of Malfunction.

| Installation & Demo Details |
Brand will contact for free installation. We'll facilitate the installation and demo through authorized service engineer at your convenience. The service engineer will unpack & install your new TV, either on wall mount or on table top. Installation and demo are provided free of cost. The engineer will also help you understand your new TV's features. The process generally covers: Wall-mounted or table-top installation, as requested.Physical check of all ports, including power and USB ports. Accessories also checked.Demonstration of features and settings Quick run-through on how to operate the TV. For Repair Services, authorized service engineer will do the following: Repair / change the defective part. Provide replacement to the customer in case part / product not repairable (only after replacement request approved). Warranty on replacement product will be applicable upto the warranty date of the replaced/original product.
