Badri / Pahari cow is a native cow species of Uttarakhand. This cow grazes in the high Himalayas on native herbs and shrubs and hence its milk has high medicinal value. Try the bilona Ghee made from the A2 milk of Badri cows using the traditional bilona method i.e Milk –> Curd –> churn curd to make butter –> Ghee.
