Cooking Instructions | Take 1 cup of Adai Mix., Add buttermilk and mix. The mixture should have the consistency of dosa batter. Keep it aside for 20 minutes., Heat an iron griddle and lightly grease it with oil. Pour a ladle full of batter on the griddle and spread it evenly in a circular fashion from center going outwards., Drizzle oil around the spread batter and cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Once you notice brown spots appearing, flip it and then cook the other side for a minute., Hot cheela is ready to serve and is best served with Tomato Onion Chutney. |
