Florea A2 Desi Cow Ghee A farmers’ initiative that uses ancient vedic processes to create pure A2 cow’s ghee. These age-old traditional methods activate ayurvedic medicinal properties in the ghee, transforming it into a veritable superfood! Did you know – it takes around 35 litres of A2 milk obtained from healthy, happy grass-fed desi cows to make just 1 litre of Florea Farms A2 Ghee. A2 ghee has higher nutritional values which could include Protein, Iron, Sodium, Calcium, Vitamin A, D, E along with Omega 3 and Omega 6 fatty acids. First desi cows’ milk is converted to curd in a massive clay pot. Then a traditional method known as ‘bilona’ is used to churn the curd using a wooden churner. The butter obtained in the process is separated. The separated butter is then boiled to a degree of precision on cow dung cake fire, as used to be the traditional way, centuries ago. This is done to ensure that we stick to the original ancient recipes and bring you the finest ghee.
