With a fully automatic operation, this purifier begins the purification process when the water level falls below maximum. It automatically stops when the tank is full or when there is no inlet supply of water.The consumables including the pre-sediment filter,pre-carbon filter,ultra violet chamber, RO membrane & filter will not covered under warranty ,Only electric parts covered warranty. Warranty Summary

This product comes with Six months Warranty, On-site Warranty in all major cities of India, every visit is chargeable. Warranty obligation shall be limited to the repairing or provide replacement of the part which found faulty. Company Liability under warranty is confined to the first purchaser (Non – Transferable). Warranty Service Type

Warranty includes Pump, SV and SMPS. In order to claim any of above mentioned part under warranty, customer first need to send that part to us (courier charges will be levied) and once part will be received in our warehouse, we will check its performance and if there is any issue then new part will be shipped to customer under warranty. It is advised to get device serviced on proper interval of time as only then warranty will be continued, in case of any miss on service company owns all rights to void the warranty since cartridges used in RO water purifier has a specific date of expiry and customer should change it as and when advised. Warranty will be void if any local part / filter/ cartridge will be used instead of our original parts.
Covered in Warranty

Water purifiers are sold on DIY ("Do It Yourself") concept. Buyer has to install the machine themselves by technician available in there area. Seller shall provide telephonic support, if needed. In case of any defective part within 1 week from date of delivery, customer needs to call company support numbers and if company executive authorize the replacement, then customer has to courier the part. We shall replace the defective part with new part. Courier cost of sending defective part shall be borne by buyer and cost of sending new part shall be borne by seller.
Not Covered in Warranty

Warranty does not cover any external accessories (such as Membrane, Wires, Spun Filter, sediment, pre carbon, post carbon) damage caused to the product due to improper installation by customer.
