Description
Made from Chardonnay white wine (the queen of the white grapes). Best white wine vinegar, produced from young wine, with a smooth and characteristic fruity flavour. Specially recommended to spice dishes with white fish. Badia vinegars use The Schtzenbach traditional acetification method, which allows aromas and flavours of a high subtlety. At the same time, the bottling system is modern and the tangential filtration system is used to clarify vinegars.
