Description
1.Place the appliance on an even surface and lower the melting pot into the recess. 2.Connect the appliance to the mains. To preheat the appliance(approx. 10 minutes)turn the switch on the front of the appliance to positon 2(aprox. 60?+). 3.Position 1 is used to keep the melted chocolate warm(aprox. 43?+) for chocolate fondue for example. 4.The chocolate or chocolate couverture should be finely chopped to shoren the melting time. Stir occasionally during the melting process. 5.Turn to position 0 after using the unit. Unplug from the scoket. 6.Cleaning the appliance and the molds: Never immerse your chocolatiere in water. Wipe it with a damp cloth. Rinse the melting pot and the moulds with hot water. Melting pot and plastic moulds are not dishwasher safe! Do not use any sharped instruments to clean the appliance or the moulds. 7.Keep the unit in a dry and ventilated place.
