Al Reeda A2 Ghee is made using the milk of Gir Cow. We make our ghee using the age-old process of Bilona Padati. A2 Ghee is specifically made of the milk of cows which are native to the Indian Breed such as for Red Sindhi, Gir, Rathi, Sahiwal and Tharparkar which produce the A2 Protein in their milk. These cows are recognized by the presence of hump on their back and when the sun rays enter the body of a cow through their hump, it enhances the Ayurvedic properties of the A2 Milk thus produced. Protein, vitamins, minerals, even vitamin d, our ghee has all essential ingredients required by our body. It takes 35 litres of vedic a2 milk to make 1 litre of this precious ghee. Ghee is best to eat when served hot. Good for body massage of new born child.
