Description
Sattvik Ghee is produced from grass-fed Himalayan cows from the rural parts of Himachal Pradesh. Our shepherds take the cattle to the higher alpines of Himalayas to ensure theyre fed the freshest of silage and grass which only grows at such altitudes. They further add koda aata to every cows diet with other things which nourishes them to their best potential. Later, these cows are milked and ghee is prepared in our own kitchens at home, on top of chulahs. Additionally, traditional cooking and filtration methods are used in producing this highly aromatic and tasteful purely pahadi brand.
