Most of the coconuts used are from our own farms. We also buy from known sources as full nuts to ensure there’s no sulphur or other chemicals used. The dried kernel is crushed to extract oil without any additional heating or chemicals used. The oil is put through a time consuming natural sedimentation process and the clear oil is carefully taken for bottling. To avoid chemicals, our production is limited to fresh nuts which are not stored for a long time. NOTE: With winter, the oil will show specs of white floating in it or become fully solid. This is natural and it is not impurities. If you see tiny brownish particles, that is coconut pieces since we don’t machine filter it. That is not dust. Slight yellowing of oil is also common since the nuts are NOT treated with Sulphur. To prevent yellowing only Sulphur is used in the first place
