Noorjahan the wife of the Mughal Emperor Jahangir is famous for having invented the attar of Roses, by adopting that same prcocess we used to make Shahi gulab attar from fresh flowers of kashmir. Shahi Gulab is suitable for all climates and occasions. Ittar (Hindi/Urdu) also known as Attar (Arabic: ) is a natural perfume oil derived from botanical sources. Most commonly these oils are taken from the botanical material through hydro or steam distillation.
