How to Use This opens up so you can slide it over your cake then cinch it back down.Starting from the bottom slot, with a solid, long and thin knife that goes through the opening on one side to the other.Gently working the knife through until you could not go any further on the right or left then working the tip through to the solid part of the cutter or what you can call the back.On the last layer, you can start with the tip in the middle of the slot and pushed it through to the back and work your way out to the left and then reinsert the tip in the middle and work your way to the left. Instructions: 1. Fit slicing mold around cake2. Mark starting point with toothpick 3. Rotate mold 180 degrees 4. Continue slicing other half of cake5. Separate layers using included cake lifter6. Fill the layers to your liking
